2023/2024 SWIM/DIVE Information
Our first practice for boys and girls is on Monday January 8th from 2:45-4 pm in the NMS pool. Practices will be Monday thru Friday 2:45 – 4. Coach Lesh will let you know if there are any schedule changes.
Please bring your swimsuit, goggles, towel, and swim cap. Swim caps are available for purchase in the NMS office.
Swimsuit try on is on Wednesday 1/17 @ 4:00pm (before parent meeting)
Parent meeting is also on 1/17 @ 5pm in the NMS cafeteria.
All athletes must have a physical on file prior to practice. Students need to be able to swim at least 50 yards to participate

Just a reminder that wrestling practice will start on Monday 12/4 from 2:45-4:30 in the HS wrestling room. Practices will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Coach Edwards will let you know of any changes. Athletes must have a physical on file before starting practice. Students were given information several weeks ago.

NMS Agriculture classes had the opportunity to get up close and personal with area farmers during field corn harvest last week! A big thanks to Travis, Dylan & Faith Burnau and Doug Nash for hosting us!



Our boys basketball game against Southern Wells tomorrow 11-21 is scheduled to start at 6pm. Good luck boys!
NMS 8th graders had a great experience at the JA Job Spark Event at the Fort Wayne Memorial Coliseum! Students were exposed to and learned more about dozens of employment fields and post-secondary opportunities!




These are our 8th grade students that participated in the Indiana Bandmasters Association All-Region Honor Band this past weekend. The students are: Brock Martin (trumpet), Reese Wathen (trumpet), Alyia Fields (bass clarinet), and Phoenix Whitsitt (alto sax). Good job everyone!
