Congratulations to Easton Scherrer who was the 2024 State runner-up this weekend at SkillsUSA!!! He attends the Area 18 Fire and Rescue program at South Adams HS. Easton carried himself with great professionalism both during competition and when not competing. He helped reset the course in between contestants, supported not only his teammates but everyone in the competition! Great job, Easton!

Wow! Congratulations to the NHS Riley Dance Marathon Committee! Last night at the annual dance marathon, they revealed that $38,500 was raised for Riley Children's Hospital with the help of our awesome community! Way to go Norwell Nation!

Students from Mr. Bergman's class competed in a Rube Goldberg competition last week at the Wells County Expo Center in Bluffton.
Group 1: Ridley Sheets, Ethan Williamson, and Cody Cox : This group won 1st place in the competition and won $100.
Group 2: Brayson Gehring and Quinton Spikes: This group won “best theme”.
Group 3: Johnathan Tharp and Angel Bigler: This group won “most creative step”.

Reminder! TONIGHT at 6:30PM in the NHS Auditorium, NHS counselors and college representatives from Ivy Tech, Purdue Fort Wayne, and Trine University will be presenting important information regarding Advanced Placement (AP) and Dual Credit opportunities. These opportunities allow students to earn college credit in select high school courses. Whether your child is currently enrolled in or planning to take an AP and/or dual credit course in the future, we encourage you and your child to attend this meeting.
