Each spring, University of Northwestern Ohio holds a scholarship test for each major, with over 900 high school juniors competing from all over the nation. In April, Parker Behning placed 5th placed overall in HVAC and Karsen Favory placed 2nd Overall in HVAC. Parker Behning received a $2,000 scholarship and Karsen Favory received a $5,000 scholarship. Congratulations!

Congratulations to Easton Scherrer who was the 2024 State runner-up this weekend at SkillsUSA!!! He attends the Area 18 Fire and Rescue program at South Adams HS. Easton carried himself with great professionalism both during competition and when not competing. He helped reset the course in between contestants, supported not only his teammates but everyone in the competition! Great job, Easton!
