The Norwell Band program is hosting a special event called A Magical Night of Music and Movies on Tues., May 16th beginning at 5:30 pm. There will be food, carnival games based on movies, raffle prizes, and a concert featuring both the middle school and high school bands!
Yesterday, Premier Truck Rental presented to students in Mr. Morris' Auto classes. Students were introduced to the type of trucks they work with and job opportunities available. Both presenters were Norwell Grads, Cory Yager and Thomas Bradtmueller.

Adams Wells Manufacturing Alliance partnered with WEG, ALMCO Steel, and Wayne Metals to present to our seniors on Wednesday. HR directors from all three companies spoke to our seniors about interview skills. Student Michael Long won the gift card drawing! Thank you, AWMA!

Congratulations to Tristen Gase, Macie Saalfrank, Hope Mitchell, Emma Vachon and Greyson Taylor for participating in the Purdue Youth Institute last Friday! These students are competing for a chance to travel to Iowa next fall to give a presentation in the World Food Prize contest.

Mr. Van Zandt's ceramics students visited the PFW Art Department last week. They spent the day in the Ceramics Area glazing artwork and loading the soda kiln. The kiln is behind the large grouping of students.

On Friday, the NHS Riley Dance Marathon was a HUGE success! They raised a total of $23,822.23 for the kids at Riley Hospital! Thank you to Mrs. White, the RDM Committee and everyone who helped make this event happen! We couldn't have raised this amazing amount without the support of our community!
