Senior Ella Carpenter has been selected to receive the Norwell Intern of the Week award. She has been doing her experience at PTR [Premier Truck Rental Inc.] of Fort Wayne in conjunction with the Norwell Work Based Learning Program. Ella's supervisor is Jeff Zukowski in the marketing department. She is the daughter of Rhett and Christy Carpenter.
Ella has been learning graphic design in the marketing area of PTR. She spends a great deal of her time working with an application called Employee Marketplace. Her job is to continue updating PTR announcements of their products on TV screens throughout the facility. Ella is also involved in the shipping process of promotional items to territory managers.
After graduation, Ella plans to attend either PFW or Purdue University to study marketing. She would still like to continue her work at PTR through college.
