Senior Eliza Shaw has been selected to receive the bi-weekly Norwell High School ICE Student Spotlight award. Eliza is employed at Hugh's Bakery and Coffee House of Bluffton in conjunction with the Norwell ICE Program. Her supervisor is Hugh's Bakery owner Lydia Yaste. Eliza is the daughter of Richard and Amy Shaw.
Eliza spends a great deal of time helping with customer service, preparing food and drinks, and operating the cash register. She has improved her communication skills by speaking and listening to her clients and answering the telephone.
Upon graduation, Eliza plans to enter real estate as a field of study. She wants to learn all of the aspects of the industry while taking specific career courses and working on the job.
