Senior Jacob Francioni is being honored for the Norwell High School Internship Spotlight award. He has been doing his experience at Freedom Chevrolet [Previously known as Hiday Motors] in Bluffton with mentor and service manager Mr. Barry Scott. Jacob is the son of Matt and Stephanie Heaton.
As an auto mechanic, Jacob spends a great deal of time with general maintenance and customer service. This includes oil and filter changes, lubrications, and tire repair. He has also learned and assisted with brakes, suspension components, exhaust systems, and computer programming. Jacob has also learned to inspect vehicles coming in from various auctions.
Upon graduation, Jacob plans to continue working at Freedom with aspirations of attaining needed certifications in the near future.
