Senior Nevada Lenwell has been selected to receive the Norwell High School Internship Spotlight award. She is doing her experience at PTR [Premier Truck Rental] out of Fort Wayne. Her mentor at PTR is materials manager Blair Williams. Nevada is the daughter of Adam Lenwell and Jennifer and Christian Koop.
Nevada spends a great deal of time researching and listing parts for trucks with the use of computer data entry. These parts come in the form of tool boxes, lighting systems, wiring harnesses, and phone systems. She must be very good at communicating with co-workers concerning parts and pricing. Nevada also works in the warehouse locating and managing the product inventory.
After graduation, Nevada plans to possibly attend Trine University to study finance. Her ultimate career goal is to become a financial planner.
