There are major changes and improvements coming to the 2024–25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. As a result, the new form will be available in December 2023 for our current seniors. Completing a FAFSA is the first step in applying for most federal, state, and college-provided financial aid for students. All seniors are required to complete the FAFSA this year unless an opt-out form is signed.
Norwell is hosting a parent/senior FAFSA Night on December 12th @ 5:30PM at NHS. This night will be focused on the financial aid process, submitting the FAFSA, and helping students/families better understand their funding options as their student plans for education after high school. *If the new FAFSA form is available by this date, students/parents will have the opportunity to file their FAFSA with experts after the presentation.
