Senior Sophie Campbell has been selected to receive the first Norwell Internship Spotlight award of the school year. Sophie is doing her experience at BHMSD at the high school and elementary locations in the Intense Special Needs areas. Her mentors are Erica Bluhm and Kristi Eicher. Sophie is the daughter of Anthony and Molly Campbell.
Sophie spends a great deal of time helping to teach life skills to the students in one-on-one fashion. She also assists during group time and observes the teaching styles and classroom management techniques of her mentors.
After graduation, Sophie plans to study Intense Special Education on line with WGU [Western Governors University].
