Senior Graham Gaier has been selected to receive the Norwell High School Internship Spotlight award. Graham has been doing his experience at the 122nd Fighter Wing/ Fort Wayne Air National Guard for his entire senior year. His mentor is MSgt. Caitlan Kotowski who is a recruiting flight chief. Graham is the son of Scott and Angie Gaier.
Graham has observed how the networking process works for recruiting purposes which involves advertising to the general public. He has also helped set up recruiting events at high schools, colleges, and job fairs. As a key military component, Graham has learned how to present himself properly in a variety of professional settings.
Graham enlisted in the Air National Guard back in September of 2022. Upon graduation, Graham will attend military training in San Antonio, Texas. His ultimate career goal is to study agriculture systems management at Purdue University.
