Chad Kline, President:Chad grew up in DeKalb County, graduating from DeKalb High School in Waterloo before moving to Kendallville for a career in journalism with KPC Media Group. He later earned a degree from Ball State University in Business Administration after a career in law enforcement communications. He currently is a Director of Economic Development for Greater Fort Wayne, Inc. , working to create business investment opportunities for Fort Wayne and Allen County. Chad previously held an elected position as a County Commissioner in Noble County Prior to his move to Wells County. He is married to his wife Janessey Kline, a native of Terre Haute, and currently resides in the Markle community. They enjoy traveling, kayaking, and spending time with family. chad.kline@nwcs.k12.in.us

Traci Neuenschwander, Vice-President: Traci is a life long resident of Wells County, grew up in Markle, IN and graduated from Norwell High School in 1999. Her husband Shane is a 1997 graduate of Norwell High School. They were married at Zanesville United Methodist church and have three children, Kline, Korben and Magnolia. They currently live outside of Zanesville. Traci has been a Registered Nurse since 2003, and a Nurse Practitioner since 2018. She is currently employed with Parkview Physician’s Group and sees patients in the Lung Nodule Clinic. Traci says, "Our oldest is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps, our middle child is a senior and our youngest is a freshman, both at Norwell. They are active in baseball, soccer and basketball, any free time outside of the bleachers is usually spent listening to or reading some sort of continuing education, walking our property with Shane, the dogs and the metal detector, or watching the latest binge-worthy show. My hobbies include valiant attempts at growing a vegetable garden every year, I also love to cook." traci.neuenschwander@nwcs.k12.in.us

Corey Krug, Secretary: Corey grew up in metro Detroit, MI and graduated from Southfield Christian High School in Southfield, MI. He went on to attend Hillsdale College on a baseball scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2006. While at Hillsdale, he met his wife Cylie (Hoopingarner) Krug, which is how he came to Bluffton, IN. They have three children Ella, Palmer, and Kennedy. Corey works as a Director - Investment Sales, covering MI, OH, and IN for Berkadia Commercial. He spends his downtime coaching their children's athletic teams and always enjoying quality time with family and friends. corey.krug@nwcs.k12.in.us

Cathie Peterson, Member: Cathie is a 1998 graduate of Norwell High School. Along with her husband of 22 years, Matt, they decided to raise their family in the Norwell Community. Jakob and Sam are both graduates of Norwell and Sawyer and Ben are currently attending NHS. Cathie has been a Realtor in Wells County for over 8 years and loves serving her community. Cathie spends most of her free time at Norwell watching every activity she can. She loves to ride bikes with Matt and play with their dog Niko. cathie.peterson@nwcs.k12.in.us

Todd Nash, Member: Todd Nash, born in Wells County Indiana and grew up in Craigville Indiana on a small farm. Todd graduated from Norwell High School in 1997. While at Norwell he participated in basketball and track. After graduation he was offered a scholarship from East Central Junior College to play basketball. He attended East Central for one year until moving home to play basketball at Manchester University. He graduated from Manchester University in 2001 with a bachelors in entrepreneur management. After graduation he taught school at Avilla Elementary for one semester until he went to basic training for the United States Army. Upon completion of basic training, he went to Fort Benning Georgia to begin Officer Candidate School (OCS). Once commissioned as an officer in the Army he trained at Fort Knox Kentucky as an armor officer and then scout leader. Finally, after 14 months of training he was sent to Iraq to be a platoon leader for the 2nd Cavalry Regiment. When deployed back to the United States he held many positions in the 4th Brigade 10th Mountain. In 2005 he married Leann Meyer in Jamaica and has two kids; Eden and Noah. After working for Avery Dennison for six years he left and bought Yoder Tree Service. The company was formed in 1979 by Dennis Light and bought by Ed Yoder in 1984. Ed Yoder operated the business for twenty-nine years, until selling to Todd Nash in 2013. Todd still owns and operates the business to this day. todd.nash@nwcs.k12.in.us
